I found this post in my drafts folder – I don’t know why I never published it! It’s from a few years ago.

We made these Marbled Matcha Sugar Cookies for St. Patrick’s Day. I love how the green coloring comes from matcha green tea powder instead of artificial food coloring. I gave each of the kiddos their own pieces of green and white dough so they could practice the marbling technique.

I’d say I’m surprised that 3 of 4 are by Tomei dePaola but I’m not surprised at all! You can even try reading the stories with your best Irish accent. Here’s a YouTube lesson to improve your Irish accent.
