My 11-year-old daughter has been enjoying hand sewing with felt. The other day, I took the boys for haircuts and she crafted this little cutie while she was home “alone” (with her dad working in his home office). The doll has several outfits and accessories like hair ties, a handbag, a jump rope, and a storage case.

Thanks Betty! She had a pattern that was similar for a larger doll that she’d done when she was about 5. This project was from her memory bank/imagination.

Oh my goodness! Beautiful work K. Who knows maybe one day you’ll own your own shop to sell all the things you sew and knit and bake. Or own your own design clothing line. Or even your own bakery! Your possibilities are endless:)

She’s talented with sewing! Ellis would love to make crafts and sew with her. Last night she was admiring the pineapple that K. made for her.
