Wow. I didn’t realize garlic was so expensive. $8.99 for elephant garlic? I always thought it was easy to grow. I love garlic. What time of year is the garlic festival?
I’m so sad to have missed you guys in Gilroy!! Hope you all had a great time at Gilroy Gardens.
My favorite is the elephant garlic and the cloves are twice the size of a normal clove.
I couldn’t smell it this time, but we used to live in the area and I know what you’re talking about. There are times when you can smell the garlic just driving past!

When we stayed near and drove there, at times I could smell the garlic. Yum. Could you smell it out in the fields as your drove through there?
