Happy last day of 2022 friends! You may remember that we’re drawing a bird each month this year in our homeschool. We were inspired by our John James Audubon Unit Study and we wanted to share our birds from November 2022 & December 2022.
November: we stuck with a traditional handprint turkey but used real craft feathers and a watercolor background to make a layered mixed media project.
December: we used a video tutorial Cardinals in the Snow with Nana to make these triplet cardinals.

Happy new year!! Great bird drawings…cardinal are good looking. That’s a great way to learn about specific birds and drawing them too. Nice job fam!
