Second Trip to Bishop’s Pumpkin 🎃 Farm – Wheatland, California

We had some leftover tickets for Bishop’s Pumpkin Farm and E and I were craving their BBQ tri-tip sandwich.

We took a second trip there with my parents on Monday afternoon.  There was so much to do at Bishop’s Pumpkin Farm, we didn’t do everything on our first visit or our second visit.

If you missed our first post you can check it out here, Bishop’s Pumpkin 🎃 Farm – Wheatland, California.

I painted K’s face before we went. Face painting booths are so expensive! Plus, I heard a rumor about a kid getting a fungus infection from face painting at a public event from unsanitary brushes. Ugh!

I’m not an expert face painter but I think I’ll improve with some practice.

On this visit we went for a hayride….

measured our heights…

played in the fort…

and the silo…

waved to the train passengers…

and took a closer look at the giant pumpkins.

The kiddos decided to re-do the marble mining and giant slides and the carousel ride to use up the leftover tickets.

We each picked out a small decorative gourd to use as a festive autumn centerpiece. I wonder if they will last until Thanksgiving?

Happy November everyone! Thank you so much for following our adventures. It is such a blessing for us to have you visit our blog. We delight in your comments and questions, so keep ’em coming!

  1. Nice painting! We do our own too! So pricey like you said. It makes a great rainy day activity at home too. Looks like that pumpkin farm is quite the adventure!
