This post is a little off-beat. Now that you’ve officially been forewarned…
I didn’t intend to do a Thursday Doors project this week. However, while we were visiting Elko, NV we decided to grab some lunch at Garibaldi’s Mexican Restaurant, and when we stepped inside, I changed my mind.
I know these are technically archways and not doors. Please forgive my liberty in defining “doors” this week. Aren’t the giant paper flowers absolutely amazing?!
We enjoyed our lunch and for dessert, the server brought out these delicious deep-fried flour tortillas, dusted with cinnamon sugar, drizzled with honey, and topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
Before we left, we had to make a pit stop…
Through this door, we discovered the most beautiful public restroom sink that I’ve ever seen!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed the archway “doors”, dessert, and sink this week. To see more cool doors, or submit your own project, please visit: Thursday Doors hosted by Norm 2.0
Oh my! I love the flowers but the sink even more. ❤

We had a sink just like that in this house but the seller exception was that she could take it with her before we bought this house. 😦 Oh well, she put a shell sink in.

It was a grand surprise. We never expected it by looking at the exterior of the building.
