My husband and I were invited to a formal dinner party for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration. The attire was to be formal and all black per the honoree’s request.
It was a delightful evening with a beautiful table setting, delicious food and engaging conversation with lots of laughter!

Thank you! I went back and forth about wearing the fascinator (hat thing) and finally landed on wearing it. But I felt like the all black looked a little funeral-ish to me. 🤷🏻♀️
