Homeschool Mama Book Club

I just joined a homeschool mama book club and our first book was “The Read Aloud Family” by Sarah Mackenzie.

I thought I’d share my favorite quotes and take aways:

• She’s got a great list of read-aloud books categorized by age group. There were several suggestions that we haven’t read yet.

This was a great book on the topic of reading aloud with your children. We have been reading aloud as a family since my oldest was born, 14 years. A few of our family’s personal favorite read-alouds/listen-alouds are:
