I Like Our Lance a Lot

My husband and I made an emotional decision to sell our 35ft Reflection trailer and buy a used 25ft Lance trailer. A 35ft travel trailer is good to live in, but it’s not great for towing around or parking. It’s even too long to fit in some campgrounds.

Most importantly, I hated that trailer.

It represented a big, expensive, draining endeavor that didn’t work out the way I’d hoped it would. To me, it was the embodiment of disappointment. I’m So glad to be rid of it and I hope it brings its new owners nothing but joy & love & adventure. May God bless them!

Here’s our new-to-us Lance trailer. My husband did a lot of research on trailers. We wanted this trailer because it had a triple bunk, a bed for each of our 3 children. We are very excited about this feature, and in comparing different makes and models it was the biggest deciding factor for us. We are also very very excited to find a used trailer in such exceptional condition. My husband found a once in a lifetime type of deal that you only ever hear about other people finding, but you never actually find them yourself… until he found this one. 😁 We purchased it from the original owners who bought it brand new in 2018. They took it out on one trip and decided RV-ing was not their cup of tea. It’s been sitting in their driveway waiting… and now we’re excited to take it out for an adventure!

We’re taking him out on his maiden voyage this weekend, so stayed tuned for that adventure in my next post! (I know vehicles are supposed to be named after women but I can’t help but name him Lancelot) 😉
