I think, technically, to be a charcuterie, the board has to have meat and cheese. We did a sweet board and 2 savory boards, none of them have meat. Oh well, I still like calling them charcuterie because I practiced pronouncing the word so much!
Our friends invited us to their annual Canada Day party π¨π¦ yesterday (7/1/22) and this is what we brought for our side and dessert to share.

My 9-year-old daughter made the maple leaf shaped shortbread cookies all by herself! I didnβt touch them until I ate one!

Happy Canada Day friends! π¨π¦

Thanks Sheree! Youβre such a great hostess/cook, that is a wonderful compliment coming from you. I still only use your courgette fritter recipe. Itβs hands down, the best ever! Happy Canada Day!
